We’re rapidly approaching TechCrunch Disrupt 2024, taking place October 28-30 at Moscone West in San Francisco. Today, we’re excited to announce the 200 startups selected to participate in this year’s Startup Battlefield 200 (SB 200) cohort.
TechCrunch's editorial staff read, vetted, and discussed thousands of applications. Narrowing it down to 200 was a tough process, but we're incredibly pleased with the results. Through this vetting process, we were reminded once again of how much creativity, innovation, and talent there is in the startup community that never ceases to amaze and inspire us. After reading the Startup Battlefield 200 list, we think you will too.
The 200 companies from around the world are innovating in the following areas:
SaaS, Enterprise, Productivity Healthtech and Biotech Hardware, Robotics, IoT Fintech and Edtech Security, Privacy, Social Networking Sustainability, Mobility, Logistics
Each startup will be provided with a complimentary VIP experience, including masterclasses on building and running a startup, a breakdown of presentation materials, curated receptions, and access to investors and international media. These startups will be the only early-stage startups allowed to exhibit at Disrupt 2024 and can be seen on the exhibition floor for the duration of the show.
SB 200 companies join a notable community of more than 1,300 Startup Battlefield alumni, including Cloudflare, Dropbox, Getaround, and Discord.
And what is TechCrunch Disrupt without the Startup Battlefield Stage Competition?
20 companies will be selected from the 200 to pitch on the Disrupt Stage in front of thousands of attendees for a chance to win $100,000 in free prize money and the Disrupt Cup. These 20 companies will present on the first day of the conference. The remaining 180 companies will present on the Pitch Showcase Stage in the Expo Hall. Both are can't-miss events.
