Apple Music's 2024 Replay rolls out to all users

As users around the world wait for Spotify Wrapped stats, Apple Music's answer to this popular feature is now available to everyone. A Spotify Wrapped-like feature called Apple Music Replay lets users look back at the year's musical activities by highlighting the popular songs, artists, and albums they streamed.

This year's Replay includes additional highlights, including “Continuous Listening,” which indicates the longest consecutive day a user listened to music on a streaming service.

Plus, Replays tells you the date you first heard this year's top songs, artists, and albums.

Replay also allows users to look back on the year month by month, showing the top songs, artists, and albums throughout the year. Additionally, Replay displays “Top Artist Streaks,” which tells you if an artist has been the number one artist for multiple months in a row.

Previously, replays showed users whether they were among the top 100 listeners for an artist or genre, but Apple now shows users whether they are among the top 500 or 1,000 listeners2. Adding two new categories.

Check out all the year's music highlights, then listen to all the most played songs in a custom Replay 2024 playlist.

Previously, users could only access Replay on the web, but this year Apple is bringing that experience to its mobile app for users on iOS 18.1 and later. If this applies to you, please use the Apple Music app.[ホーム],[新規],[検索]You can access replays directly from the tab.

If you're using an older operating system or Android, you can access replays via the web on mobile or desktop.

This year, Apple Music will also introduce a replay feature for artists similar to Spotify's Artist Wrapped. This feature allows artists to see the total number of minutes Apple Music users have listened to their music over the past year. Artists can also see the number of listeners. You can also see the cities where their music is listened to the most and their songs discovered most through Shazam.

Apple Music's Replay comes a week after YouTube launches its 2024 recap. Both companies' year-end specials preceded Spotify's, perhaps in hopes of encouraging music-related social media sharing.
