Reddit announced Thursday that it will introduce a new set of tools to make it easier for users to participate on the platform. This feature is designed to help users find communities and prevent posts from breaking rules, and understand how to contribute across social networks.
The combination aims to enhance the Redditor posting experience, especially by making it easier for new users who don't understand how Reddit works and where to post.
First of all, the company says it will start helping users find a suitable community for their audience with “Community Proposals.”
If users create a post and are unsure which community to post, the “Community Picks” dropdown now provides relevant subreddit recommendations based on the content of the post. This helps Reddit help users connect with the right audience when creating new posts.

Another new “post check” feature helps users determine if a post has broken any of the subreddit rules and allow them to update before publication. The idea behind this feature is to help users who may have accidentally broken the rules and deleted their posts.
Users can access the tool by clicking the wand icon in the lower right corner of the postcomposer. The tool then highlights content that may have broken the rules.

Reddit deploys a tool that allows users to repost deleted content to another subreddit. When a user's post is deleted due to community rules, a new prompt will appear under that post, which will help you repost your content to the proposed alternative subreddit.
Additionally, if users choose a community to post but do not meet that community's standards, Reddit will provide recommendations on how you can contribute to that community. For example, Reddit may notify you that you cannot contribute to the community because you do not meet Karma's minimum criteria (online reputation score), and that you need to earn more by posting or commenting across Reddit.

Additionally, Reddit has improved its “post-insate” feature, allowing users to see how well their posts are working. Now you can see dates related to your opinion, votes, stocks, etc.
This information will help Reddit users understand what works well to improve their future post approach.
All new features are available to users worldwide on today's mobile and desktop, the company says.
