As a host, you will be responsible for event registration, promotion, creative, communication, insurance and managing costs. There is no fee to be part of the TC session: AI Side Event Lineup. We prioritize events that occur between June 1st and June 7th. For events on June 5th, we will only accept evening events starting at 5pm. All side event participants must be over 18 years of age or 21+ if they provide alcohol. Currently, we only accept in-person events in or around the Berkeley area.
