Early stage founders, listen up. TechCrunch is looking for 200 pioneering startups to join TechCrunch Disrupt's Startup Battlefield 200 in San Francisco this October. Following the successful expansion of 2022, when Startup Battlefield showcased the top 200 companies from around the world, the class of 2023 raises the bar even further with entrepreneurs from over 35 countries and from diverse backgrounds spanning his 25 industries. It was done.

Now in its third year, competition is fiercer than ever. If your startup is selected from a large number of applicants, you will receive full access to the show, special workshops, investor office hours, mentorship, training, perks, and free exhibition space on the show floor throughout the three days. You will join an elite group. . All selected founders will also have the opportunity to make a flash pitch in front of investors and TechCrunch editors.

Introducing global innovators

We will select 20 companies from the Startup Battlefield 200 to participate in the Startup Battlefield competition. These finalists will receive private pitch coaching to prepare them for the spotlight on his Disrupt main stage in front of an entire audience and will be featured on TechCrunch. Additionally, founders pitch to leading global venture firms such as Sequoia, Mayfield, and SOSV. The ultimate winner will win $100,000 and the coveted Disrupt Cup.

TechCrunch does not require any investment from contestants or winners. Application and participation are completely free.

The only way for early-stage pre-Series A startups to exhibit at Disrupt is through Startup Battlefield, and the only way to become a Startup Battlefield finalist is to be selected for Startup Battlefield 200.

How to join the TechCrunch Startup Battlefield 200

The process is simple. Please apply here. After filling out the initial interest form, you can proceed to apply or wait for us to send you an email with a full preview of your questions.

To be considered, your company must:

Become an early stage startup. Prepare products with minimum practicality. Represents any vertical direction. Represents any geography. Be a game changer in your industry. You'll either need to do it in-house or have the capital to scale upfront (depending on your industry).
