Browser Company has launched a Pro subscription plan for DIA, a new web browser that integrates AI capabilities significantly. The plan is $20 a month and offers unlimited access to DIA's AI-powered chat and skill features.
The introduction of a paid tier means that free users will face restrictions on using AI features. The browser company has not specified exact restrictions, but CEO Josh Miller told the New York Times in July that the browser will remain free for those who use “several times a week.”

Miller also indicated that the startup will offer multiple subscription tiers ranging from $5 a month to several hundred dollars a month. The current $20 plan appears to be one of several options based on different feature sets.
Earlier this week, Reddit and thread users noticed that browser companies have made their Pro plans quietly available online. However, the company quickly deleted the page. This restores your subscription options and is accessible from the DIA settings page.

The browser company that previously manufactured ARC browsers has raised $128 million from investors, including notable technology executives such as PACE Capital, Next Play Ventures, LinkedIn's Jeff Weiner, Medium's EV Williams, Figma's Dylan Field, Akshay Kothari and Github's Jason Warner. This Pro Plan represents our initial revenue-generating subscription service.
Startups face increasing competition when it comes to Ai-Enhanced browsers. Perplexity's Comet Browser has won Steam, Opera has also prepared a Neon Browser, and current employees such as Google and Microsoft have integrated AI assistants into their browsers.
