DSTLRY, a venture -supported digital comic book marketplace, has added a pair of features designed to customize the platform on Tuesday. The creator can add a personalized sketch and signature on the digital comic, because it is called the first feature digital Remurk. The second unlimited digital cover extends the access to the entire platform into an alternative comic book cover.

The outsourced digital Remarques brings the digital region of comic customization traditions. In a convention, waiting for artists' sketches and signatures is the main part of fan experience. In the comic world, Remark is a small sketch or graffiti made on the cover and pages of the book, and is often integrated with existing artwork. Sketches are much less time than complete character illustrations, but are very highly valued by collectors.

It is the creator who set both prices and turn around when DSTLRY took over. As with the book itself, once the digital comic is recovered, the user can sell or trade with DSTLRY re -EXED problems.

When the former COMIXOLOGY executives David Steinberger and CHIP MOSHER first announced the company in 2023, the possibility of collection was the tent pole function. The forced rarity in the limited edition has soaked into comics for decades. Steinberger and Mosher immediately noticed that DSTLRY would never be the NFT market, but the limited edition still plays a major role in built -in comic marketplace and business models.

Variety cover -Publisher has played an important role in collecting manga books for decades when the publisher releases multiple covers in a single problem. This phenomenon took off between the 1990s comic skaters boom in the 1990s, when everything like holograms and holohoil was angry. The bottom has dropped out of the market for decades, but the collector still plays a major role in the ecosystem.

The new unlimited digital cover function means that both the main cover and the alternative cover remain in the digital distribution during the duration of the book. However, some rarity remains. In addition to Remarques, the Collectible Vararinant is available one week after the release of the book. After that, the user must purchase or trade in the DSTLY market.

In particular, all products purchased and sold through the built -in distribution market of the site continue to produce royalty for creators. This is an important difference between the DSTLRY model and the conventional resale market, and is not reduced when artists or writers are sold.
