Since establishing Zoom in 2011, Yuan has guided the company from startups to IPOs in 2019, restructuring global connections and collaboration. Today, he is leading Zoom's AI First strategy to transform how people work, communicate and create. His leadership was recognized by him at Time's 100 most influential Bloomberg 50 at UC Today's UC Leader of the Year. Prior to Zoom, he was Cisco's Vice President of Engineering and founding engineer at WebEx, earning over 50 patents for real-time collaboration.

Since joining Eggence Capital in 2010, Subotovsky has been the driving force behind some of the most successful investments, such as Chorus and OpenPath. He led Emergence's investment in Zoom when Zoom was a little-known startup and is currently on its board as he stands at a market capitalization of $24 billion. He also serves on the boards for CrunchBase, Logik.io, Zipline, Tundra and Class.
After moving from Argentina to the US, Subotovsky co-founded Puente Labs, helping grow-up Latin American entrepreneurs expand internationally. A Kaufman Fellow and entrepreneurial effort, he is a three-time member of the Midas List and is one of three Latin American VCs who will achieve that distinction.
