A new app called GoBlue has been launched to help people who want to track their followers on Bluesky, a Twitter-like social network that has grown rapidly in recent weeks to reach around 24 million users. To fill the gap in the Bluesky ecosystem of third-party apps and utilities, GoBlue provides a simple interface to track your own Bluesky analytics in your iOS dashboard.
GoBlue developer Sven van der Zee pointed to the need for an analytics tracking app amid the rise of Bluesky as the social network becomes a strong competitor to Elon Musk's X.
“I used to be an avid Twitter user.” [and] I have been a daily Bluesky user since this month,” he told TechCrunch. “After switching to Bluesky, I noticed that the app wasn't showing any stats, so I decided to build the app myself.”

At launch, GoBlue only offers a few tools, including tools to track metrics such as new followers, comments, likes, and reposts.
Bluesky metrics appear as bar graphs on the app's home screen, and you can view statistics by day, week, month, or year. For those looking to actively grow their Bluesky following, the ability to see which posts are resonating with followers throughout the day could be the most useful aspect of the new app right now. there is. This increases the time you add new followers and engagement with your posts.
To use the app, sign in using your Bluesky handle and app password. (You can create an app password from your Bluesky settings, so you can log in to third-party applications without sharing your main Bluesky password with the developer.)
To fully access your statistics, you must select a payment method. Either a one-time fee of $19.99 or a monthly or annual subscription for $3.99 per month or $14.99 per year.
For users tasked with managing their social media accounts, GoBlue provides insights into fundamental growth and engagement metrics not yet available in the Bluesky app itself. Additionally, users can monitor multiple Bluesky accounts from GoBlue.
This app has no ads and no daily usage limit.
Developers say GoBlue isn't finished yet. He is currently working on introducing iOS home screen widgets and post-specific analytics. This will give you more insight into what kind of content works to get noticed on Bluesky.
