Celeste Ford, Managing Director, Stellar Ventures

Celeste Ford is a Managing Director at Stellar Ventures, which invests in next-generation space technology companies. She is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Stellar Solutions, a Malcolm Baldrige Award-winning aerospace engineering firm serving defense, intelligence, commercial and civil customers. Ford founded Stellar Solutions in 1995 and led its global expansion, launching initiatives such as the Stellar Solutions Foundation and the QuakeFinder humanitarian research and development program. Her awards include Lifetime Achievement Awards from the Baldrige Foundation and the National Association of Women Executives, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and induction into the Silicon Valley Engineering Hall of Fame. She holds degrees in aerospace engineering from the University of Notre Dame and Stanford University.

Chris Morales, Point72 Ventures Partner

Chris Morales is a partner on the investment team at Point72 Ventures, where he leads defense technology investments. Prior to joining Point72, he was a Technology, Media and Telecommunications representative at Goldman Sachs Investment Banking, advising top technology clients on M&A, debt and equity financing. Morales previously served as an F/A-18 Super Hornet weapons systems officer in the U.S. Navy, flying combat missions in Operations New Dawn and Enduring Freedom. During his final two years of active duty, he served as a flight instructor, training aircrews in F/A-18 techniques, tactics, and procedures.

Morgan Beller, NFX General Partner

Morgan Beller is a general partner at NFX, a seed-stage venture capital fund. Previously, he worked at Facebook, where he joined Corporate Development in 2017 to explore blockchain strategy and helped create a dedicated blockchain team that later became Diem and Novi, where he served as Head of Strategy. Prior to joining Facebook, Morgan led corporate development at Medium, oversaw the acquisition of Embedly, and developed the company's subscription strategy. Previously, he was on the deals team at Andreessen Horowitz, focusing on early-stage investments. Morgan brings deep experience in technology, blockchain, and venture investing to build startups from the ground up through strategy and capital.
