Link-in-bio startup Linktree today introduced new features including featured layouts to better highlight your links, the ability to get the latest posts from Instagram, and support for more prominent profile photos.
The company said the new featured layout is perfect for highlighting specific links. When you select Featured Layout for your links, content previews for links from YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, and Instagram will automatically expand.
In January, Linktree introduced the ability to automatically pull the latest posts from YouTube and TikTok. The company is now expanding its support for Instagram to support up to six latest posts and Reels from your account.
The company is also expanding support for larger profile photos. With this new feature, your profile will display a large image that matches your page's color scheme instead of a small circular profile photo.
Linktree is also introducing a new feature called “Text Links” that simply displays text on your profile. The company says this will allow users to view information such as detailed bios, business hours, and what they usually write on their blogs.
Linktree, which boasts more than 47 million users on its platform, launched the alpha version of its social commerce program earlier this month with partners including Sephora, Revolve, and Urban Outfitters. The company announced that it will offer creators commission rates ranging from 12-15% through affiliate links.
