We are excited to announce exciting additions to the speaker lineup for StrictlyVC Los Angeles on February 29th. Jesse Lyu, founder and CEO of rabbit Inc., joins us to show off Rabbit R1, his pocket-sized AI hardware assistant that made waves at CES. And the broader news cycle took by storm last month. Liu is an entrepreneur known for his research in human-machine interaction. Along with Rabbit, he leads a team dedicated to creating intuitive experiences that redefine the way we interact with technology. Lyu also graciously agreed to stay on after his appearance so attendees could experience an “amazingly ambitious” device that promises to do most, if not all, of what a smartphone can do. He did.

Last minute tickets are on sale now for just $150. Get it here while it's still available.

Who else is speaking at StrictlyVC LA?

In addition to Lyu, we look forward to hearing from other industry leaders at next week's event, especially as they have been in the news lately (so there's no shortage of things to surface) ).

Waymo co-CEO Tekedra Mawakana
Tekedra Mawakana oversees Waymo's overall strategy. What is her main focus? She will ensure the commercialization and widespread adoption of the Waymo Driver. She has spent over 20 years advising consumer technology companies around the world.

Trae Stephens, Founders Fund General Partner
In addition to his work at Founders Fund, Trey Stevens is co-founder and executive chairman of Anduril Industries, a defense technology company focused on autonomous systems, and co-founder of Sol, a next-generation wearable e-reader. Also the founder.

Meredith Whitaker, President of Signal
Meredith Whittaker has over 17 years of experience in technology spanning industry, academia, and government. Her research and academic work has shaped global AI policy, changed public perceptions about AI, and made us more aware of the surveillance business practices and concentration of industrial resources required for contemporary AI. Ta.

Faraz Fatemi, Partner, Lightspeed Venture Partners
Mr. Faraz joined Lightspeed as a partner in 2022 and focuses on investing in consumer platforms. Previously, he led monetization and growth efforts as an early team member and operator for Clubhouse and Wave, and on Bain Capital Ventures' investment team, primarily focused on consumer internet and marketplaces.
